Soy

Well since it is full of Estrogen, I personally would not like to eat it. I dont think that eating soy is good for weightloss (but i dont know much about it). Also it sounds like it would not taste good. I do not need to lose weight or need exercise, I would not need soy. I think that soy can help you with certain diseases, but if you keep having to much of it you may get deeply sick. Eating a large amount of soy can give women cancer, this is because the amount of estrogen that is being taken in. Also Soy can cause heart disease.
