A method you could use if you are a bully is to stop count to ten, and take deep breaths, this helps me when i get angry. It is one of many ways to stop bullying. Also if you are next to somebody that is about to beat you up, you can try to settle them down. A situation in my life is when i said something to this kid, and he said he was going to kill me, so i decided to try to use reverse phsycology and i told him beat me up right now (hoping that he wouldnt) and he did not and i havent heard from him, or talked to him ever again. So reverse phsycology is a good help for me.
